The quality of a SPA depends on how well its protocols are implemented, how consistently the team is trained, and how effectively its positioning aligns with the guest experience. We support owners or take on full SPA management, providing complete operational oversight.
We handle operational optimisation, team supervision, commercial performance, KPI monitoring, and all marketing and communication activities needed to ensure efficient, consistent, and profit-driven management.
Depending on your objectives and business model, you may choose between several collaboration models:
- Management: The client retains direct staff management, while bbspa_Group supports, coordinates, and optimises all activities.
- Lease: bbspa_Group leases the new SPA directly from the owner, assumes full management with its own team, and oversees daily operations, marketing, and maintenance.
- Lease management: bbspa_Group takes over the management of an already operational SPA, with either its own or a shared team, independently covering all operating, maintenance, and promotional costs.
- 5.1 Daily supervision of SPA operations
